Return & Refund Policy / FAQ

All nail sets and products are final sale. Due to the nature of the products, cancellations (after shipment), returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless products or sets are damaged due to our fault.

Cancellations are accepted ONLY within a 24 hour period. Email pressonluxe@yahoo.com for more information.

 

1. Can I get a refund or return sets or products?

    Sorry, but unfortunately unless the order comes with damages, we do not offer returns or refunds. If your order comes with damages, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order along with any proof of the damage (pictures/video). 

2. Can I cancel my order?

     If your order has not been shipped yet, yes you can cancel your order. Send us a email letting us know you would like to cancel your order with in 24 hours or order being placed.  

3. My package was damaged or stolen. What can I do? 

    Sorry, but unfortunately after we provide you with the tracking number and the order has been shipped the merchandise is out of our hands. Please contact your local USPS with your tracking number. 

4. If I enter the wrong shipping information what can I do?

    No worries! Just fill out our Contact  Us form with your order number and correct mailing information.

5. When can I expect my order to ship out?

    We ship orders out within 48 hours of your purchase with the exception of holidays. If you don't receive your order after 14 days of purchase, please fill out the Contact Us form with your order number.
